The Project

Akbar Residence is a modern four floor luxury ski chalet near Almaty which spans an impressive 1200m² on five levels. Located next the Shymbulak ski resort  this property has a very desirable position.

Once you enter the chalet you proceed straight into the large living area, complete with plush furnishings and a warming modern fireplace. The living area has views over towards the mountains, the balconies benefit from all day sun with the south facing aspect.

The main dining area of the chalet is spacious and located on the main living floor, where it's table can easily seat 12 guests. There is also access to a balcony from the dining area.

There is a top end spa located on the lower ground floor of the chalet which is equipped with an indoor hot tub to go along with the outdoor one. The spa area also features a large Hammam with ice machine, sauna and a massage/treatment room, ideal for a soothing massage after a long day on the slopes of Shymbulak.
