The Project
Original house is a 1980s era Villa ideally located on a 1.35 acres lot on the famed Tower Road. Perched on a private knoll, up a long private driveway, with incredible city views, these world-class grounds are hidden behind large gates with extreme levels of privacy from the road.
The client commissioned us a very modern Architecture while we felt we had to work with Spanish Californian style to achieve something different. End consensus was to create an "existing" ancient villa one would have modified and extended in a dramatically modern style.
The result is a bespoke architecture with lots of character that doesn't look like anything done before.
