The Project
The project is to create a gated community made of two buildings offering a total of twenty 200 square meters serviced apartments located in the very heart of the island.
Every apartment is sold with a choice of four layouts offering minimum two bedrooms up to five bedrooms. Compound features four small swimming pools and two large swimming pools as well as two tennis courts.

Saint Thomas will be the first luxury development of its kind using inland grounds. Not only does it protects the estate from the sea during the typhoon season, it also allows to have space aound the buildings when seafront properties are not very large. The small dimention of the entire island makes Saint Thomas less than ten minutes driving distance from most beaches.
